The global movement for vocational, technological and skilled-trades excellence — now connecting 90 member countries and regions, and celebrating 75 years of skills excellence in 2025. WorldSkills provides the platform for young people to compete against peers from around the world across more than fifty skill disciplines.

Home of EuroSkills — the biennial competition across six key industrial sectors. EuroSkills Herning 2025 brought together 585 competitors from 32 countries across 38 skills; the flag now passes to Düsseldorf 2027. Beyond the event, WorldSkills Europe acts as a catalyst for broader improvements to vocational systems, industry and economies across the continent.

Very much active — the third WorldSkills Asia Competition took place in Taipei in 2025, drawing over 500 participants from 29 member and guest countries across 44 skills. WorldSkills Asia champions the essential role of skilled work in empowering young people and fuelling economic growth across the region.

Skills-Set Ltd was established in 2006, specialising in teaching functional and key skills in maths, literacy and IT for post-16 students and apprentices. Since 2015, the business has expanded to provide specialist, integrated management services to the international organisations delivering high-profile skills competition events.
Alongside our own staff, we assemble an extensive network of professionals matched to each client's specific development needs — covering everything from entering an international competition for the first time to raising team performance and returning knowledge that strengthens the wider vocational system at home.
